What happens if I am not home when my item is delivered?
All our couriers have "Authority to Leave", which means they can leave their deliveries in a safe place. If they do not think it is safe to leave an item, they will leave a calling card, and usually ask the customer to call them directly to arrange a suitable delivery time.
As an online business, we are currently operating as normal in terms of fulfilling your orders and shipping them as quickly as possible. Our team are available as usual via email, phone and social media to answer any queries you have.
All our products are fully insure them during the shipping process. If your parcel is left unattended with damage to the packaging, please advise us within 48 hours. Please include photos of the damage to the box and the print as attachments to your email, so we can organize a replacement immediately.
